WattFind
Provider terms
How provider access, shared and exclusive purchases, and customer information work on WattFind.
Legal entity details have not been published yet. WattFind staff can add them in Admin → Settings. No company name, address or VAT number is invented here.
Access
A provider company browses marketplace-safe project information for free. Paying unlocks the customer details for that one opportunity. The current limited launch prices are £35 plus VAT (previously £50) for a shared place and £60 plus VAT (previously £75) for exclusive access, unless a project shows a different price. There is no subscription.
Shared and exclusive
A shared purchase is one of a limited number of places, normally up to three. An exclusive purchase is the only place. Once the places are taken, or a project is marked not currently available, further checkout is refused. A card payment that arrives after the place has gone is refunded and does not unlock the project.
What payment does and does not do
Payment buys access to the customer information WattFind holds for that project. It does not appoint the provider, guarantee a survey, or guarantee that the customer will award the work. WattFind does not take a commission on work the provider later wins.
Provider responsibilities
Customer details are for contacting that opportunity. They are not for building a separate marketing list. Only owners and admins of the company can pay. Team members see the company's purchased leads. A provider cannot publish projects, change prices, or mark their own payment as complete.
Qualification
Projects are published by WattFind staff after review. A listing can show TBC where value, size or timescale is not known. Providers should treat the listing as the information available at purchase, and can report a material problem from My Leads.
