Terms
The marketplace terms for browsing WattFind and for customers who post a project.
Legal entity details have not been published yet. WattFind staff can add them in Admin → Settings. No company name, address or VAT number is invented here.
The marketplace
WattFind lists commercial project opportunities. A listing describes a project a customer has asked to be qualified. It is not an offer of employment and it is not a promise that any provider will be appointed.
Customers who post a project
Submitting a project asks WattFind to review it. It does not publish the project, create a provider account, or give access to other customers' information. WattFind may contact the person who submitted it to qualify the enquiry. Required contact consent is separate from optional marketing consent.
Providers
Provider access, payment, shared and exclusive places, and responsibilities after unlock are in the provider terms. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Qualification
WattFind staff review an enquiry before it can become a draft opportunity, and a draft is published only by staff. A published project can later be paused, closed, or marked not currently available without being deleted.
